How Can I Purchase Additional Devices for My Smart Home?
You can purchase additional smart home devices through the Device Shop, provided that it has been enabled by your community. If you do not see the store in your SmartRent Mobile App, contact your community directly to request this feature.
Purchasing Additional Devices:
To purchase additional smart home devices, follow these steps:
- Tap More in the bottom bar menu
- Tap Device Store
- Tap Continue in the pop-up
- Select the smart home device(s) you want to purchase
- Tap Add to Cart
- When ready to purchase, tap Checkout
- Enter your billing and shipping info
- Tap Purchase
After completing your purchase, you will receive an email confirmation of your order. When your new smart home devices arrive, our Support Teams will help you get your new devices set up. You can reach out to our Support Teams when you're ready at any time using the contact information below.
