How to Change Your SmartRent Account Password

Web Browser: 

  • Go to
    • If you are not logged in already, you will need to provide the email and password associated with your SmartRent account and log in. If you do not know your password, click Forgot Your Password?
  • Once logged in, click on your name in the top right corner.
  • Select Password.
  • Enter your current account password followed by your new password and then confirm the new password again.
  • Click Save.


SmartRent App:

  • Open your SmartRent app on your mobile device.
  • Tap on More (for iOS devices) or the three dots in the top left corner (for Android devices).
  • Tap on Settings.
  • Tap on Profile.
  • Tap on the Change Password button on the bottom of the screen. You will be directed to a web page to reset your password.
