What to Do if Activation Link is Expired

Your activation link is the link we send you in the Welcome to SmartRent! email during your move into the SmartRent system. This link is how you create your login password, which you then use to login to the mobile app.

If your activation link does not work or becomes expired, please forward your original activation email to [email protected] and request a new activation link. Our support team will be happy to send you a new activation email so you can set up your account.
