In the event of a water leak, you and your community maintenance team will receive an email of the leak detection.
Note: The hub and sensor must be online in order to receive this notification.
From your home screen on your app, you can see if there is an activity currently sensed on the leak sensor.
Once you have clicked on the affected sensor icon, you will be directed to the sensor status, tap on the status of the sensor.
Then click on the three dots in the upper right-hand corner.
For iOS devices
Select activity from the menu that appears from the bottom of the screen.
For Android devices
Select activity from the drop-down menu in the upper right-hand corner.
