How to Control Your Lock in the SmartRent App

Controlling the lock from your app is very easy. You have the ability to unlock/lock your door, manage guest code access, and view your lock activity.

Once you login you should see all devices connected to your hub. From the home page, tap on the lock icon.




To lock/unlock your door, tap on the lock/unlock icon.




To view your locks activity press the three dots in the top right corner. You will be able to view the activity of your lock once you click on activity.




From this section, you can also select schedule, to have your lock unlock/lock automatically at a set time, and you have your settings which will allow you to change the name of the lock.




The manage access button allows you to add or delete guest codes, and reset your own access code.
