Enable Fingerprint Login

Note: Fingerprint Login must also be enabled first on the mobile device for the option to be available in the app. 

For Android:

1. From the app dashboard, tap on the three stacked lines in the upper left-hand corner

2. Tap on Settings 

3. Tap on Login & Security

4. Once you enable Fingerprint Login, the below pop-up message will appear. To complete the setup, you must place your finger on the fingerprint scanner on the mobile device. If you were to tap on Cancel, the process will not complete.

5. Once Fingerprint Login is successfully enabled, the change will replicate in the settings. When you log back into the app, it will automatically request your fingerprint.

For iOS

1. From the app dashboard, tap on More 

2. Tap on Settings 

3. Tap on Login & Security 

4. Tap on Sign In Preferences

5. Tap on Fingerprint Login and it will enable automatically.
